SAP Consulting
Through aligning current SAP systems with goals and needs of the work flow process, we are able to achieve a new level of efficiency. byDesign Group has experience with SAP implementations in both new and upgrades. We’ve worked primarily with the SAP Plant Maintenance module but have also consulted on where PM touches other modules such as finance and HR. We’ve also implemented Prometheus bolt on tools for SAP along with developing and delivering training modules to maintenance and operations personal on the proper use of SAP. We tend to avoid days on end of training and prefer to break it up into a few hours at a time spread over a longer period with remote support between sessions. This results in a significantly higher uptake of SAP usability.
